Soucis d'accent

Bonsoir,
J'ai un problème avec mon forum wbb, le soucis c'est que je ne peux pas faire d'accents. Dès que je fais un accent, le message est automatique retiré, ou les lettres disparaissent. Mon forum est en français, UTF-8

Quelqu'un a déjà eu ce problème .. ?
